Duke Realty Pays $46.4 Million for Naperville Facility
02.21.12  Duke Realty acquired a new industrial facility in Naperville, IL, from DB Real Estate West Jefferson Partners LP for $46.35 million, or about $56 per square foot. The 827,268-square-foot, Class B industrial building was delivered in 1989 at 1860 W. Jefferson Ave. It is currently leased to Crate & Barrel, according to CoStar information.
