Ferdie Garcia, CCIM MBA MCRE, Managing Principal As managing principal of Prescott Forbes Group, Ferdie drives the corporation's vision. Ferdie is a very successful and highly regarded professional in the local and regional commercial real estate community. Ferdie’s main focus is sales and leasing of industrial and retail properties. During his career, he has successfully completed transactions in all aspects of the commercial real estate arena including property management. An expert negotiator with a solid foundation in investment and development issues, his cadre of contacts, knowledge of the market place and experience makes him one of the most effective and efficient real estate brokers in the region. Ferdie grew up in Chicago and is an avid golfer and a pilot. He has had careers in investment securities sales and corporate training management. He received an undergraduate business degree and eventually received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Richard B. Lewis, President of Operations Richard has 37+ years experience in all aspects of real estate: residential, commercial, investment. He also has 30+ years management experience, recruiting, training, developing real estate offices. Mike Capriola, Vice President Prior to joining Prescott Forbes Group, Michael was a member of the sales and leasing department of one of the area's most prominent real estate development companies specializing in commercial, office, industrial, and residential subdivisions. Michael's clients benefit from his extensive market knowledge and his 20+ years experience in real estate. Michael has been involved in the successful marketing, leasing and sale of many major retail projects for prominent real estate owners. He has represented many regional and national tenants in site selection, property evaluation, and acquisition. He also provides consulting services including tenant mix strategies, target marketing, tenant analysis, architectural review, and construction phase supervision.

Debra Marionneaux, GRI, Senior Associate Debra has been in the real estate profession for over 15 years. Debra has her GRI designation (Graduate Real Estate Institute). She began her career as a manager with AT&T, where she was on the Development Committee with AT&T Corporate Center Space Planning Project. She also managed over 5 AT&T buildings along with her sales experience in residential and commercial real estate. Debra was a Loan Originator with Realty Funding for 3 years and owns her own business as a general contractor for over 5 years. Debra's knowledege and experience brings diversity and added value to clients and makes her a realtor who knows! She demonstrates loyalty and commitment and exceeds satisfaction when providing you with your real estate needs!

Shawn Byrne, Associate Shawn is a highly skilled and analytical professional. He has a degree in electrical engineering along with a background in real estate investing. His thorough knowledge of the real estate process from site selection, negotiation, acquisition, financing and property management makes him a valuable member of our team.
